Philanthropy

The first Tuesday of each month the employees of Green Grocer Chicago will serve a meal to the homeless at the Dignity Diner, located on Diversey Avenue. In order for our store to stay open while we go volunteer, Gary (owner who still has his day job) will run the store on that evening each month. For us, this monthly act will remind us of how much we have and how full our lives are. We look forward to humbly serving those who do not often get served.
